WATER TREATMENT
Water supply treatment is one of the problems that many businesses are afraid of today. The treatment of water requires good and effective methods, to treat water sources for different industries such as Pharmacy, Hospitals and other industries.
TREATING ALUM CONTAMINATED WATER

Because they contain many types of dissolved minerals such as iron, calcium, magnesium, manganese, … these substances in the long run will have a great impact on health as well as on the storage systems, so it is necessary to build a water treatment system to handle these components.
PURE WATER TREATMENT (RO)

This method can filter up to 95-99% of the bacteria or chemicals contained in the water. In addition, RO filtered water also partly meets the standards, ensuring the health and safety for users.
WATER TREATMENT METHODS
MECHANICAL METHOD
Application of suitable constructions and equipment to remove raw impurities in water by gravity: sedimentation, filtration … using natural or forced ventilation to remove iron from underground water.
PHYSICAL AND CHEMICAL METHOD
Using alum to make clear and discolored (the process of flocculation) water sources with high turbidity and color. Using chemical oxidizing agents to remove iron, manganese in groundwater. Use chlorine and chlorine compounds to disinfect water. Another physicochemical method that is becoming increasingly popular is the use of ion exchange resins to soften water and remove minerals in the water. Deposition process is the preliminary stage of water cleaning before being put into the filtration tank. Deposition is the process of separation from suspended sediment or cotton residue formed during flocculation, creat mudflows.

WASTEWATER TREATMENT
- Mechanical treatment: remove trash, sediment, … through filters, regulating the flow and concentration of wastewater.
- Chemical treatment: flocculation – creat mudflows – settling.
- Biological treatment combined with the denitrification process: removal of organic pollutants from wastewater.
- Treatment of sludge: reduce the moisture of mud before being discharged as prescribed.

SOME TECHNOLOGY OF WASTEWATER TREATMENT
MBBR biofilm
It is understood as an overview of the combination of microorganisms in suspended activated sludge tanks and hollow fiber membrane technology in wastewater treatment. The sludge content in the biological tank will be retained by the microfiltration mechanism of the membrane.

AO Processing Technology
AO is suitable for nearly 80% of hospitals today, because this technology effectively handles both BOD, COD, Ammonium, Nitrate. Bringing high processing efficiency with advanced processing processes, has helped AO technology to become superior compared to equivalent technologies.

AAO processing technology
AAO differs from AO because there is an anaerobic phase to increase treatment efficiency, this wastewater treatment technology is often applied in places where the water is severely polluted, which AO can’t meet.
